1. A laptop open with a window displaying power options: Shut Down, Restart and Log Out. The “Restart” option selected.
2. A medium shot with the back of the laptop, a person, and a door to the toilet. Person: “Alright, should be done when I get back”
3. 2 minutes later
4. The person has returned. A close up shot of the laptop and a black screen. Person: “?”
5. A montage of the laptop screen as it turns on, split diaognally into 3 parts. First, a black screen and a finger on the power button. Second, a green logo of a mint leaf and the text “Starting up”. Third, the laptop turned on with the desktop visible. Person: “Huh. That’s odd. It should have restarted”. It seems the laptop chose to ignore the command to restart, and instead chose to power off!
6. Somewhat earlier…
7. A close up of the laptop. Laptop: “BIOS Update found” “Updating…” “100% Complete”
8. A close up of the laptop. The screen is black as in panel 4, this time the blackness is leaking slightly out of the screen, and an ominous black fog surrounds the edge of the screen.
